Urulaikizhangu Vathakal |

Ingredients:
- Potato - 3
- Curry leaves - 6-7
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Sambar powder - 2 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Urad dhal - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
Directions:
- Dice the potato into small cubes.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the mustard seeds and the urad dhal when the oil is hot. Add the curry leaves.
- Add the potato and mix well. Add the turmeric powder, sambar power, and salt and mix uniformly. Let the potato cook until it starts becoming golden brown. Potato stir-fry is ready!
