Urulaikizhangu Vathakal [Potato Stir-Fry]

Ingredients:
  • Potato - 3
  • Curry leaves - 6-7
  • Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Sambar powder - 2 tsp
  • Salt  - 1/4 tsp
  • Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Urad dhal - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
Directions:
  1. Dice the potato into small cubes. 
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan. Add the mustard seeds and the urad dhal when the oil is hot. Add the curry leaves. 
  3. Add the potato and mix well. Add the turmeric powder, sambar power, and salt and mix uniformly. Let the potato cook until it starts becoming golden brown. Potato stir-fry is ready!
