Ingredients:
- Milk - 3/4 cup
- White vinegar - 2 tbsp
- All purpose flour - 1 cup
- White sugar - 2 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Egg - 1
- Baking powder - 1 tsp
- Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- Butter (melted) - 2 tbsp
Directions:
- Combine milk with vinegar in a medium bowl and set aside for 5 min to 'sour'.
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk egg and butter into "soured" milk.
- Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisk until lumps are gone.
- Heat a large skillet and coat with cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook until browned in the other side.
