Muttai Kuzhambu |

Ingredients:
- Egg - 3
- Onion - 1
- Red chili powder - 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Jeera powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
- Oil - 1 tbsp
Directions:
- Boil 2 eggs in water for 15-20 minutes and keep aside. Chop onion finely.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add the onion. Stir-fry until it starts turning golden brown. Add turmeric powder, jeera powder, red chili powder and salt. Add water and mix well.
- Once the mixture starts boiling, add an egg. After 1-2 minutes, stir. Chunks of eggs will be seen. Once the egg is cooked, add the coconut milk and keep on the stove until the oil separates.

- Tastes best with rice.
- If coconut milk isn't available, normal milk can be used.
