Ingredients:
- Minced mutton - 300 g
- Small onion - 12-15
- Clove - 1
- Anise - 1
- Jeera seeds - 1 tsp
- Cinnamon bark - 1 small piece
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander seed powder - 1 tsp
- Jeera powder - 2 tsp
- Ghee - 2 tbsp
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Roasted gram flour
Directions:
- Heat some ghee in a pressure cooker. Add cinnamon bark, anise, clove, jeera seeds and onion. Stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Add the turmeric, red chili powder, coriander seed powder and jeera powder. Mix well. Add some water
- Pressure cook until one whistle blows. Reduce the flame and keep in the pressure cooker for 5 minutes before turning off the stove.
- After opening the pressure cooker, add roasted gram flour to thicken and cook for 2-3 minutes. Kothukari is ready!

- Tastes great with poori or dosa.
- Can be eaten with chapathi also.
