Crêpes |

Serving Size: 5 medium size crêpes
Ingredients:
- All-purpose flour (maida) - 1/2 cup
- Egg - 1
- Butter - 1 tbsp
- Milk - 1/4 cup
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of sugar
Directions:
- Beat together the milk and the egg. Add the melted butter and the salt and sugar. Add the flour tothe mixture and mix until there are no lumps. The crêpe batter is ready.
- On a large, flat frying pan, pour some batter and spread to make crêpes of desired size. Flip the crêpe once it turns golden brown. Remove when cooked on both sides. Add jam or Nutella as filling and enjoy!
Beat the milk and egg together. Add the butter, salt and sugar. Add the flour to the mixture and mix until there are no lumps. |
Pour the mixture onto a frying pan and flip when it is golden brown. Add the filling and enjoy! |
