Jeera Aloo |

Ingredients:
- Medium sized potato - 4
- Capsicum - 1
- Jeera seeds - 1 tsp
- Turmeric - 1/4 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
Directions:
- Dice the aloo and capsicum into medium sized cubes.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add jeera. Add the potato, turmeric and salt. Stir fry for some time. Add the capsicum and mix.
- Cover with a lid and stir-fry in a low flame until the potato is cooked. Stir occasionally to ensure that the potato doesn't stick to the kadai. Jeera aloo is ready!

- To make the jeera aloo spicy, pepper powder can be added.
- Tastes best with chapathi.
- Capsicum can be added if desired.
